Elvis at Trafalgar Park

Once again, a huge “thank you” to CJ Horton for his continued commitment to entertaining our Care Homes.

Staff and residents of Trafalgar Park Care Home in Nelson were the latest to be visited by CJ’s Elvis Tribute Act. The concerts, part of the Forums care home initiative, have now taken place in nine different venues throughout the borough and beyond. CJ having recovered from his extensive commitments at the Elvis Porthcawl weekend was in fine form, performing the usual range of classics and requests.

He was supported by some unexpected dancers in the guise of care worker Hayley Vega Zabala, an old friend of the forum who danced in costume to Hound Dog, and Carrie Williams who was perfectly kitted out for Rock’n’roll.

Care home manager Ellen Smith said, “It was such a fun occasion for our residents and the first for such a long time, we can’t thank the forum and of course CJ enough”

Despite the onset of Autumn, CJ is continuing on his tour!!!
